There are other important terms in your question.  What are they?

Add them to make your search more specific, like this:

"video games" violence children

How many results now?

Skim your results list.  Note the variety of domain extensions, like:

.gov - sites sponsored by the government

.edu - sites sponsored by an educational institution

.org  - sites sponsored by an organization

You can limit your search to only sites from a particular type of domain, making your search even more specific . For example, to limit to only .gov sites, try your search like this:

"video games" violence children site:gov
